Southeast Louisiana Council, or SELA

Cub Scout Pack 454 is part of the Southeast Louisiana Council, or SELA. SELA serves the following districts: Bayou, Cataouatche, Cypress, Fleur de lis, Pelican, and LFL/Venturing.

Cataouatche District

Our Pack is part of the Cataouatche District which is comprised of the “Westbank” of the Greater New Orleans area. The district includes Westbank Orleans Parish, Westbank Jefferson Parish (except Grand Isle), & Westbank Plaquemines Parish.
